Banner Life Insurance Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Legal and General Group Plc., headquartered in Maryland. If you own a Banner Insurance policy, you can use the Banner Life online system to view information about your policy and make payments on your account. When you sign up for access to the online system, Banner Life assigns you a user ID and password. It is possible to change your user ID by contacting Banner Life Insurance's customer service department.
Instructions
1. Call the Banner Life Insurance customer service phone number at 800-638-8428. The customer service number is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern standard time, Monday to Friday.
2. Verify your account information. The customer service representative will ask you a series of questions to verify your identity and confirm that you have access to change your account information.
3. Ask the customer service representative to change your user ID for the Banner Life Insurance online system. The customer service representative will change your user ID, and you can log on to the Banner Life Insurance online system (see Resources) using your new user ID.
