Check Screen Reviews

So you want to buy a projector screen? Maybe you want to improve presentations at your company. Maybe you want to watch movies in your home and have that "big screen" feel. Whatever your reasons, the right screen can make sure that you get the impact and quality that you need. The only way to know is by choosing a screen and then getting customer reviews about it.

Instructions

1. Choose three or four projector screens that you like the best. These screens might have different manufacturers. They might have different surfaces. Once you have some projector screens to compare, you can start finding reviews on them.

2. Check online stores for reviews. Most online stores that sell the model projector screen you want will also have customer reviews of those screens. Don't expect too much, though. These sites rely on customers buying a screen, and then coming back to the site to share their experiences. So, if a screen is just average, you probably will have a difficult time finding a review for it. Projection screens that are amazing or amazingly bad will probably have the most customer feedback.

3. Call the manufacturer and ask which screen is their best seller. Odds are that if a screen is very good, word will spread. Once a good product's reputation is out, it will quickly become a best seller.

4. Ask local businesses, schools, universities and other projector screen users for recommendations. The people who use projection screens the most will probably have the most to say about them.

5. Check Consumer Reports for reviews of projection screens. Every once in a while Consumer Reports will put out reviews of different audio visual equipment. Check their website to see if they have recently done a report on projection screens.
