For cars, Garmin's routing and navigational product line includes nuvi GPS units and a variety of route choosing and trip planning software. The Garmin website contains downloadable maps and language guides for individuals who are traveling in other countries. The company also makes route planning applications for smart phones and laptops.
Motorcycles
Garmin has created a special line of GPS devices for use on motorcycles. These are designed specifically for the special needs of bikes, including safety.
Trucking
Garmin has modified it's software and GPS devices for commercial trucking. The modifications allow for route planning with the addition of the NTTS breakdown directory and other information vital to commercial trucking navigation.
