Make Vugraphs On Copiers

This is a projector similar to that used in combination with Vugraph presentation slide transparencies.

The term Vugraph refers to a brand-name transparency slide used with an overhead projector. The Vugraph transparencies allow the person making a presentation to project slides of supporting material, such as the text of the presentation and illustrative materials such as graphs and tables, onto a screen so that attendees can follow along. Making Vugraph slides using a copy machine involves a simple although multistage procedure.

Instructions

1. Print the finalized draft of the presentation on paper.

2. Load the Vugraph transparency slides into the photocopier, taking note of any explicit loading instructions included with the Vugraph packaging. Load the presentation pages into the automatic feeder of the photocopier. If the photocopier is a manual feed, place the presentation one page at a time on the photocopying surface, beginning with the last page.

3. Select "Letter" size, and press the "Transparency" button. Press the "Copy" or "Start" button to create the transparencies.
