IMVU is a 3D social-networking site centered around customized avatars. Users can create their own personalized homepage and interact with other users via instant messaging and forums. To make a "clickable" banner or image on your homepage or forum signature, you need to enter some basic HTML codes. You can use any image and link to any website or homepage.
Instructions
IMVU Homepage
1. Click "My Avatar" from the IMVU homepage.
2. Click "Edit" on the section where you want place your banner.
3. Type into the text box. Replace "yourlinkhere" with the URL of the page. Replace "yourimageurlhere" with the image URL you wish to display.
4. Save your changes and view your homepage.
Forum Signature
5. Click "Forums" on the IMVU homepage.
6. Scroll to the bottom and click "Profile."
7. Type [URL=yourwebsiteaddress][IMG]yourimageaddress[/IMG][/URL] in the box that says "Signature." Replace "yourwebsiteaddress" with the website's address and "yourimageaddress" with the address of the image.
8. Save your changes.
