"POWER ON" Push Button Switch PB1 is Pressed But Green Indicator Light Does Not Illuminate

1. Ensure the main power is on. Turn on the power at the main power panel or at the line disconnect switch box.

2. Check to see if the fuses located inside the line switch disconnect boxes are disconnected, damaged or blown. If they are disconnected, re-connect them. Damaged or blown fuses will need to be replaced. Contact the manufacturer you purchased your machine from for information about replacement parts.

3. Ensure you have pressed the "POWER ON" button for long enough. Press and hold the button for at least five seconds for the machine to tun on properly.

The Machine Shuts Itself Off After it is Turned On

4. Ensure the machine is not overheated. If it is, the machine automatically shuts down to protect itself from damage. Wait for the device to completely cool down and then turn it back on again.

5. Check the gas gauge on the back panel of the machine to see the level of air pressure in the machine. The machine may shut off automatically if it is receiving insufficient gas pressure. Turn the gauge to the right to increase gas pressure.

6. Ensure the auxiliary switches on the safety contactor are not loose. If they are, tighten them.
