Uses


Consignment shops use trading assistant agreements when accepting goods for consignment. The consignment shop protects itself by requiring that all consignors read and sign a trading assistant contract stating it understands the terms of the consignment activities. People selling goods on resale Internet sites also use these agreements. They agree to sell another person's goods for a certain price or percentage.
